Our Mermaids

Mermaid MerShell is a fully qualified Mermaid Instructor, she trained with the International Mermaid Swimming Instructors Association (IMSIA) and is also a SSI Mermaid Instructor (Scuba Schools International) 

She is AIDA 3 Star Qualification in Freediving. She followed this qualification by obtaining a FreediveUK, 3 Star Open Water Mermaid Certification. Michelle is also certified by the National Pool Lifeguard association and International Red Cross. She is DBS and Safeguarding checked and carries First Aid, CPR and AED training certificates. All Mermaid assistants are also Swimming instructors and Lifeguards all First Aid, CPR& AED Trained and are all DBS checked and Safeguard Certified. Mayim Mermaid Academy is fully insured.
