“My art is inspired by a love of freediving and I try to capture the subject matter how I see it when underwater. Freediving has taken me to remote tropical beaches, crystal clear icy fjords and tiny atolls in the middle of the ocean. I love the simplicity of taking just a pencil case and sketch pad on my travels and this is how my love of pen and ink drawing has evolved. My favourite place to draw is sitting by the sea with my toes in the sand.
